Kylie commenced her real estate career in 2006 in the coastal town of Wooli. This is where Kylie learnt her trade in an independent agency and gained a great passion for professional property marketing.
Bringing the expertise of a boutique market to what was a sleepy real estate town back then saw Kylie soaring in her first year. Quickly she was taking out State and National Awards under the Elders brand and enjoyed sharing her passion with the team.
Kylie became a Director of the company in 2014 and at the same time took a break to welcome her third child. The changes in the years that followed were expedential. The shared vision of the team saw the business go from strength-to-strength. In the last 5-6 years the business has doubled in staff, the number of rental properties managed and also sales total per annum. The growth has all been organic and earnt with hard work and trust.
2017 saw Kylie intently growing the sales team which was larger than years past and due to the absolute talent she identified she decided to move her attention solely to support and systems from 2018. Kylie’s 2017 awards included: 2017 – ELITE – Sales Performance, 2017 – #2 Principal – Settled Sales QLD/NTH NSW, 2017 – #4 Principal – Gross Commission QLD/NTH NSW.
2018 and into the first quarter of 2019 found Kylie obtaining her real estate License and spreading her attention over the entire business as the General Manager. Deepening her knowledge of areas outside of sales was a passion of hers and in that time her sales team had the most successful year ever seen in a Grafton agency.
With a feeling of accomplishment and a true passion for assisting clients with their real estate journey, Kylie has decided to join her colleagues back on the sales field. With the support from Elders Directors she has all she needs to facilitate and negotiate the same Award winning results she has known in years past.
