Shelley Crapp was trained at Elders Real Estate Grafton when she joined our team in 2015. Shelley started in a supportive/training role and worked her way into her role as a Property Manager that she says will suit her until retirement.

Shelley is a local through and through, being raised in our beautiful Clarence Valley she has comprehensive knowledge of not only the area, but of the people in the community in which we work. The master of multi-tasking, Shelley is an example of exception life/work balance. She is happily married, lives in Ulmarra and is the proud mother of 7 healthy children.

Historically Shelley has worked for local solicitors, government agencies and privately owned local businesses. Shelley has bought to Elders her knowledge and experience in the fields of secretarial duties, book keeping, wages and sales; not to forget the virtues acquired from raising such a family.

Shelley genuinely loves developing professional relationships with her clients and ensuring they are receiving the highest quality of service available. Shelley’s friendly nature and genuine care for her clients saw her nominated for the Customer Excellence Award at the 2021 Elders Annual Awards.
