* I understand that I will be liable to pay the invoice if it is found that the cause of the damage/issue was a result of a user fault or misuse of a product ie. no TV reception due to not tuning the TV correctly, or blocked toilet due to foreign objects being flushed including excess toilet paper or sanitiser/cleaning blocks.
